We make tables, we remove skins, we do not salt, we do not fry, we eat crude, we add bran and we clean cholesterol. We are afraid of carcinogens, cholesteric plaques and obesity. We drink everything fat-free, vitaminized and enriched. We have breakfast porridge with slices, we have dinner boiled chicken breast, we have supper crude carrot, we smile to members of household "on all thirty two", and in a dream we see choux pastry and potato. And as it is difficult for us to wake up! What after all to eat to grow thin?


My friend since the childhood very strictly watches food. Anything fried or marinated! Any big portions! She managed to gorge on two small sausages (you know which with a magnifying glass need to be looked for on a plate) or several spoons of a pumpkin squash. How many I know it, it has constantly problems with a digestive tract. Recently doctors to it declared that dystonia at it too – because of problems with intestines. To the word – there is nothing terrible or "such" in its problems. Every second person suffers from these problems if is not more often. My friend just does not love food.

The person can not love or not know how to cook, but to be a culinary judge. It is possible to look at food just as on vital need, and it is possible to enjoy it as the good book, music, the movie (here you can choose). To see only a necessary set of proteins and carbohydrates or one of pleasures of life in plate contents. Each of us has pleasant memories from the childhood. You remember? New year – a smell of tangerines, birthday — cake and lemonade. Considerable part of our memories – flavoring. We carefully store the recipe of a grandmother's magnolia vine, mother's salty tomatoes and the stuffed aunt Sonya's the fish.

On return from holiday with delight we tell acquaintances: "Ah, what strudel we tried in Vienna …" And in reply we hear: "No, marzipan of adits is much more tasty, believe", "And chickens? Chickens in cherry sauce!", "And you remember a shish kebab on anniversary?" All nostalgic sigh and saliva because such shish kebab cannot be forgotten.

The food needs to be loved. The food needs to be respected. It not only source of necessary nutrients, energy and endorphins. It – a health source. Good skin, beautiful hair, strong bones – all this directly depends on food. And yes it is not necessary to speak about mood. Even just the cup of fresh, fragrant tea "with a skin" is capable to work wonders: to return to cheeks a flush, to eyes gloss, and the head – normal thought process.



You give yourself and the relatives these moments. Let your children will have "tasty" memoirs. Let your husband the first run to pies hot still. Let your girlfriends suspect that you not up to the end to them dictated the recipe – all is impossible as tasty, as to you, and here.

You love food, girls. Porridge and spaghetti, cutlets and boiled pork, fish on a grill and a jelly, vegetable salad and "Russian salad", choux pastry and bread with bran, long loaf with oil and marinated mushrooms. You love what lies on your plate. Even if it is crude cabbage with carrot. With love it is necessary not only to prepare, but also is. With food you give love and good emotions to yourself, the body, the soul (yes, here it is so grandiloquent!). "And if I do not love, let us assume, fat?" — one my acquaintance was indignant. You do not love – you do not eat. But if you love, then why yourself to torment? A little bit, slightly, if so strongly you are afraid of something. But not with fear and a remorse, and with pleasure.


You love food, girls. You love. She is able to be grateful. Love! Only do not strangle in embraces! The excessive love is already the diagnosis.
